This is a page I fancied on doing for Papa. I hope he likes it when he sees it. Made from Karen Hunt's Delicious Valentine Chocolate paper, Shabby Princess Sweet Sprinkles alphabet, Cool Dad crowns, letters and numbers from Debi Kight.

This is just a little something for my best friend, Pam. She sent me a wonderful card last September and this is what I used for the page. Isn't she really sweet? I love you best friend and I miss you terribly already! I'll see you soon (hopefully!), okay?

the world of digital scrapbooks
I love taking pictures and this love for photography has introduced me to another world - the world of scrapbooks. I've been scrapbooking since I got pregnant with my son. However, the cost of papers and embellishments have forced me to stop the hobby for an indefinite period of time. But of course, I take my camera and my camera phone everywhere I go for interesting sites. Although I still have to own a camera with better specs and all that, I can do with what I have for now.
Tej, a friend from college, introduced me to the world of digital scrapbooks. She introduced me to sites where I can get free digital paper, embellishments and other stuff that I can use to start the hobby. For a beginner, she already did great layouts and that inspired me to start learning Adobe Photoshop to help me create my own scrapbook layouts. I've already finished 3 projects and so far, I think I'm getting the hang of it. Photoshop is quite complicated for me - I'm a disgrace when it comes to technical artsy stuff. But in time, I know I'll be able to do pretty layouts like the ones I'm seeing around the internet.
I started this blog to serve as gallery for my "works of art." I would surely appreciate your comments, suggestions, recommendations and tips to further hone my craft. See ya around!
